Lauren started her career on an Apprenticeship scheme within the Private Clients Insurance sector, after nearly ten years at one of the leading Insurance Brokers, Lauren built knowledge and experience within Administration, Management, Operations and Customer Service. After a short career break, Lauren began a new career within Recruitment.

Working to increase Shaw Daniels Solutions digital marketing footprint through social media, and website development. Assisting with the onboarding and induction process for all employees and continually planning process improvements, alongside supporting the consultants with the administration function.
